Dotti Fick's "Veggies Series Food for Thought" is a BOLD statement of
decorative kitchen art that is designed to be used as light hearted
nutritional visual aids.  These visual aids help to reinforce an
individual's commitment to a healthier lifestyle.  She has created a unique
form of vegetable art which helps us all to chuckle at our personal and
national eating habits, while supporting that individuals commitment to
changing their own eating lifestyle to a new more positive and progressive
eating routine.  Vegetables are the forgotten ingredient in our Standard
American Diet.  It is our desire to assist American families in returning to
the basics and balance in their eating habits.   We think that our artist,
